With its experienced and well trained technical staff, Yuce Makina is capable of providing the required service at the customer address throughout 24 hours of a day.

Adopting the customer satisfaction as a principle to follow, Yuce Makine has equipped its technical staff
with the required professional training and is capable of solving and in a reliable way any technical problems in line with said principle.

Yuce Makina performs the revision works at its own service center or where required at the place where the machine is operated.

When a unit (engine transmission or differential) is taken into revision, a spare of same unit will be offered to the customer for use during the period of revision, so that the customer’s machine would not be inactive.

After the required spare is provided an expertise work
shall be run on the defective unit. The cost of revision
shall then be reported to the owner of machine according to the results of expertise work.

In line with the approval received from the customer the revision work shall be started.

After completion of its revision, the unit is mounted to the machine to complete the revision process.

The aforesaid works shall be shown in pictures in required order and one copy of it shall be forwarded to the customer along a report, one copy to be kept in our archives.
